Remember that just because you had a bra fitting a few months ago does not mean that you will not need to have another one done. Your body changes with every weight fluctuation and so does your bust size. You will need a bra check-up if your body has had a 10% or more weight fluctuation especially if you are pregnant, lactating or are on a weight loss program.

The second thing you need to put in mind when purchasing fine lingerie is that bras are made of materials that are flexible such as spandex and Lycra. Normal wear over time, will cause the bra to stretch out. It is recommended that when you buy a bra, you get one that latches at the widest possible position.
